AFD became a member of the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) as part of our implementation of AS9100D. This non-profit association was established in 1998 under the umbrella of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). In 2019, AFD joined the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA), a flagship organisation representing some 750 member companies and stakeholders involved in the UK’s premier aerospace cluster and the model for industry-led organisations throughout Europe. Find out more

In 2020, AFD joined NAFEMS, the International Association for the Engineering Modelling, Analysis and Simulation Community that focuses on the practical application of numerical engineering simulation techniques such the Finite Element Method for Structural Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics, and Multibody Simulation.
