We are proud to announce that Airframe Designs has won the coveted SME Employer of the Year award as part of the B&FC Apprenticeship Awards 2025.
The presentation of the awards was made yesterday by Alun Francics, Principal and Chief Executive of the college, and Linda Dean, Deputy Principal for Apprenticeships, Business and People.
The awards recognise the investment and commitment that Airframe Designs has made with our degree apprenticeship scheme, in partnership with the college, and in particular our support for the six engineering apprentices that we currently employee.
Our CEO, Jerrod Hartley, said: “Our apprentices form an extremely important part of our team and future. By investing in young talent from across the Fylde Coast, we are investing in the future, creating high value jobs, and helping the aerospace and defence supply chain to fill a significant skills gap.”
