1. What drives you to wake up each morning and contribute your best to Airframe Designs?
I was quite shy at first but I have now gotten to know everybody, they have been warm and welcoming, so I would say being a part of the team.
2. How do you kick-start your day?
Coffee and a wake up call from my dog.
3. What efforts are you making personally to help with climate change?
I make efforts to recycle and use less paper where possible.
4. How do you prioritise and manage your mental and physical health?
I keep my work – life balance very equal and always prioritise what will make me happier to do in my spare time.
5. Of the four company values (Customer Focus, Team Work, Integrity, Innovation) which one do you consider most frequently?
Definitely team work, coming into a new job role and not really knowing anything specific about the business was hard but having other team members to help me through it has really helped me be able to do what I do now.
6. Who is your favourite comedian?
My favourite comedian is Bryony Goodall – a name that might not be widely known outside our company, but her quick wit and sharp humour have certainly made her standout at AFD.
