1. What drives you to wake up each morning and contribute your best to Airframe Designs?

Every day is a school day, and that definitely applies to my job at Airframe Designs. There’s always something new to learn, whether it’s tackling challenges or refining my skills. This constant development keeps me motivated to work hard and improve every day.

2. How do you kick-start your day?

My day starts with cycling to work, which energises my body by waking up my muscles and getting the blood flowing. It’s a great way to shake off any morning sluggishness and sets a positive tone for the day ahead. The fresh air and movement help clear my mind, ensuring I arrive at work feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to take on whatever the day brings!

3. What efforts are you making personally to help with climate change?

To help with climate change I often preferer to use reusable items like metal water bottles over the one time use plastic water bottles. I also cycle to work and so contribute less emissions against people who drive to work instead.

4. How do you prioritise and manage your mental and physical health?

My mental health is managed through having time to completely shut off from work and focus on other activities. Whether it’s spending time with family, engaging in hobbies, or simply unwinding, this separation allows me to reset and return to work with a clearer mindset.

My physical health is managed through cycling to work and back every day. This regular exercise not only helps maintain my fitness but also gives me time to think, enjoy the outdoors, and start and end the day with a sense of accomplishment.

5. Of the four company values (Customer Focus, Team Work, Integrity, Innovation) which one do you consider most frequently?

All the company values are equally important. However, for me, teamwork stands out. It allows people to grow by interacting with others and sharing ideas. I also believe innovation would be heavily impacted if we didn’t focus on teamwork, as the best ideas often come from collaboration.
